Our company was formed in March 1996 by Terry Sam Anderson, lifelong resident of Mesquite, TX. Terry built this company with the strength of over 35 years professional experience within a unique array of complimentary backgrounds: Financial Planning, Real Estate Development, Marketing and General Construction. Terry’s son, Sam Anderson, joined TSA, and together we operate under a strong philosophy in construction management and product delivery that ensures each client a project that is on-time, on-budget and on-target. TSA provides building services to institutions that recognize the value of a partner who works diligently and creatively to find the best possible solution for each particular project.
